Your credit card and personal information is safe from theft because it is encrypted twice, both at the character level and binary data level. Further, customer data is not stored online by our systems nor by us in your own computer as a "cookie" file. We will not sell or rent any identifiable information about you to any third party. Any personal information received is secured and will not be used without your consent. We will not acquire any additional personal information about you without your knowledge. Needak does not set or read any Cookie files on your computer. Only those entries to our site from a search portal paid advertisement may include the agency's use of a Cookie without personally identifiable information for their effectiveness reporting. We may summarize supplied information about our buyers and use this aggregate information for business planning purposes.

Only information specifically necessary to fulfill your online order is collected. This includes: Name, address, a contact phone number, e-mail address, a valid credit card number and expiration date, plus part number(s), description(s), and price(s) of items ordered. Shipping address information is collected if different from the 'Bill To' information.

If you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's name and address. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Your Billing Address and Credit Card information is only used once to collect funds for the amount of your order. For items fulfilled from our North Carolina office, shipping information is used to prepare a shipping ticket and shipping label(s) for either UPS, FedEx or the US Mail Service. For items that are drop-shipped from manufacturers or warehouses, only the 'Ship To' name, address, contact e-mail address or telephone number (along with a list of the items to ship) are passed along to the manufacturer or drop shipper. We require our drop shippers to agree not to use your personal infomation for any purpose beyond the fulfillment of that order.

Orders received by other than online through this website require one immediate form of contact that may be other than e-mail, and may include discussions related to product selection. We may use your e-mail address to keep you posted as to the status of your order. Otherwise, we will only use your telephone number or e-mail address to contact you if there is a question or issue about your specific order. Our privacy policy applies only to Needak, Inc. web pages and not to other linked sites which go outside of Needak, Inc. pages.

SECURITY

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Needak.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server software to accept your order transaction. Your web browser will show the closed padlock or key symbol to indicate the secure connection.

In addition to using a secure connection, Needak.com takes a further step to protect your information. We utilize a double encoding process which encrypts at the character level in addition to the binary data encryption. Your order information is only decoded and re-assembled into a readable form once it is safe on our private computer which is separate from the web server.

Customers wishing to review their identifiable information or make corrections to any order information should call or e-mail Needak, Inc. (see contact information at the bottom of this page) and provide the Invoice Number or Online Order reference number and at least two other pieces of information identifying the customer with the order. This requirement exists to better safeguard customer information. No customer information is maintained on a network computer and thus your customer data cannot be accessed or changed by you or anyone via a web browser or any other interface.
