The exciting and functional Kettcar Nevada 2 is the largest genuine

Nevada's 12½" all terrain pneumatic tires on 6" plated steel rims ride smoothly on sealed ball bearings.
Durable silver powder coated finish on a steel frame with minimal assembly makes for a robust pedal car.
A sporty handlebar tiller connects to a
front suspension with correct steering geometry that pivots laterally to maintain contact over uneven terrain.
The steering column is height adjustable without tools and
in the center is a digital LCD speedometer.
The black right hand side gripshift with numeric indicator
controls the auto freewheeling
seven speed internal hub gearset
taking up force from the standard bicycle type pedal crank and chainwheels.
Seven speeds provide for deep pulling gears for hills and for easy low speed performance.
Once moving, switch through the higher gears that offer fast, long legged cruising.
The S7 gears 1, 2 and 3 are underdrives, 4th is direct and 5 to 7 are overdriven, just like the Sachs units used in premium European communting bicycles.
A hand operated scrub brake acting on the rear tires stops the car positively.

A tough tubular
steel frame
forms the backbone of a Kettcar. At the front,
accurate kingpin and tie rod steering make for
super handling.
The frame narrows at the pedal crank chainwheel
console holding a
shift lever that controls the
freewheeling
and there is a handbrake to positively stop
all Kettcars.
Safari GT is shod with four 10" diameter by 4"
wide durable MaxXtread™ tires on plastic wheels.
It has a strong frame with 1" diameter powder coated
steel tubes.
The chain guard, frame and steering gear are under a curvatious enclosed
body to evoke the image of a Formula 1 open wheel race car.
The colors are silver
frame and red plastic body with black seat plus yellow pedals and trim.
Siblings can share since the bucket seat is adjustable without tools by
two lever cam-locks engaging one of four positions in the frame rails.
Safari GT fits children from age 6 up to age
10+ whose height is from 43.3 to 57.1 inches and
weight is up to 250 lbs.
The seat to pedal crank range is about 21" to 27" and
the front track width is 23".
Longer pedal arms and 1:2 chainwheel ratio make this car faster than the
others.
It weighs about 42 lb. and there are steel tube bumpers

We have measured the cornering
"G" force
of similar air tire and hard tire Kettcars.
Grand Prix is a new mid sized Kettcar model made for children of
4 to age 7/8 (39" - 51" tall) and 110 lb.
The high back seat adjusts quickly without tools through four
positions with a seatback to
pedal crank range of about 18-22" for easy sharing among more than
one child.
Powder coated steel makes up the Kettcar backbone frame
securing the pedal crank and chain drive propulsion
with freewheeling by central lever control.
The 1:1.7 chainwheel ratio and tall tires makes for a somewhat fast pedal car
best used on near level surfaces.
The tire center track width is just over 20" at the kingpin and tie rod steering front end.
All freewheel equipped Kettcars also have an effective hand operated scrub brake acting on the back wheels.

Kabrio Color has a new seat mount that slides to
4 different positions without tools, making it the ideal
pedal powered car for young drivers to ride and share.
Styled like an open-wheel race car, it grows with riders age 3 to 6
from 37.4" to 45.3"
in height and up to 200 lb. The four sliding seat positions cover a
seat to pedal center range of 16" to 19".
The track width is 18.4"
and the effective gear ratio
is well suited to paved areas when powered by even the
youngest riders. Quiet vinyl rubber tires over plastic wheels are 7½"
diameter on all four corners.
It has the
freewheel
or drive lever, and a hand operated rear wheel brake.
The smaller tire diameter with 1:1.7 ratio at the chain allows this
pedal car to pedal easily and limits speed potential.
The Kettcar Kabrio Color assembles quickly with just three bolts and four nuts.
The steering column
can be hinged down for easy transport by removing only one nut and bolt.

New! Kettler Trikett is a three wheeler with more of the characteristics of a four wheel pedal car than a traditional front drive tricycle.
Trikett has rear wheel chain drive with a manual lever operated freewheel
axle for coasting or power from the other end of the included pushbar.
At the back a tilting plastic bucket can be used to carry smaller toys.
Low center of gravity, lower speed range and limited turning radius
of the steeply raked steering axis mean reduced chance of tipping from high G manuevers or terrain.
Other safety features are non slip grips and pedals plus
a fully enclosed chain guard.
A tubular steel frame with real air tires with Schrader valves
on plastic wheels sets the Trikett apart from noisy hollow three wheel toys.
The colors are silver powdercoated frame, blue fender, chainguard and grips
and red seat, bucket and wheel trim.
The seat is adjustable for about ages 2 to 5; it adjusts to a range of 14
- 16" as measured from the seat back to the center pedal crank.

New! Kettrike Sloopy has three wheels but no typical
steering wheel or handlebars, but steers by leaning.
Two blue handgrips give leverage over the roll dimension which steers the
Sloopy's 8" rear tires not unlike the back half of a roller skate.
The single 12" hard tire front wheel is driven with a three
in one Auto-freewheel™ pedal crank hub.
It is powered directly from the pedals,
switches to a coast mode or is braked internally by back-pedal pressure.
The seat adjusts to four positions to accomodate riders from age three
up to 100 lb.
The frame and extended fork are powder coated steel while the seat

The seatback to pedal crank range is 13" to 15" adjusted

The CATERPILLAR DumperKid® Tractor has
a dump body on the front of it for great maneuverability.
There is a three position pedal crank mount at the front of the direct
chain drive (no freewheel)
The fixed seatback to selectable pedal crank range adjusts
from 13" to 15".
Kids from 2 to 4 years old up to 50 lb. can pedal around with some aggregate cargo then dump it with the handy lift grip.
This tractor rides on hard plastic wheels 10½" diameter
at the rear tire's pavement rib and 8¼" at the front.
Cat DumperKid Tractor sports the CAT® logo and has
a feature for Rolly accessories with a rear clevis type towing hitch.
At about 40" long by 17" wide by 20" high it is a chunky toy.
Molded-in and decal features such as simulated lights and vents add kid cred.
You can request your free set of earplugs to
temper the sqeaker horn on the steering wheel.

CATERPILLAR® Tractor with Backhoe brings a whole new utility
to the Kid Tractor for children of age 3 to 6 up to 75 lb on the tractor
and 50 lb. on the backhoe seat.
The front end loader back to the rear end of
the tractor is similar to the Rolly Tractor above. Aft of the big wheels
is a backhoe operator's seat which has two control levers within easy reach.
That unit can swing sideways
and the left lever moves the boom up and down directly. The right
lever moves both the elbow and wrist joint at the bucket
by use a link between the outer
two articulating points. The backhoe detaches from the tractor for
use of the rest of it in a more maneuverable fashion or for towing
a tipping trailer (available separately).
Even with the backhoe attached, another clevis hitch allows for towing.
Both the seat and the pedal crank adjust as your child grows.
Overall dimensions are 65" x 21" x 30" including backhoe reach and it
weighs 30 lb.

Another accessory for Rolly by Kettler tractors is the Tanker Trailer with Pump Sprayer.
The bright yellow plastic with red and black trim matches the CAT® Tractors made by Rolly Toys for Kettler.
It rolls on two plastic wheels and has a tongue jack so that it can be a stand-alone toy.
The tank pumps up like a garden sprayer to make a squirt gun with a large capacity for water.
