The Kettler Vito XL crosstrainer has the construction and features to serve your needs. The basic design imparts cross country skiing type motion to the whole body. The training computer has a large LCD which can rotate the various parameters to the larger segments at the top.
Goal setting for distance, time, calories and upper pulse limit are part of your control.
The recovery pulse feature helps you track cardiovascular conditioning improvement with a six level personal grade.
